Salient Features:
1. The bearing system of the work spindle is capable of taking axial as well as Radial work loads of the machine to perform vertical boring jobs besides drillign.
2. The main gear box is well covered from dust and iron chips.
3. All gears in Drilling Head are pump lubricated and gears in elevating gear box are bath lubricated.
4. All gears are made from special alloy steel, heat-treated property and lapped.
5. All shafts are made from carbon alloy steel and runs on Ball Bearings which are easily available from any market for replacement.
6. The main Electric motor is coupled to main gear box by a shock absorbing coupling.
7. The Horizontal movement of the Drilling head is made by a screw so that it can be used as a keyway milling.

Slotting Machine     

CONSTRUCTION OF MACHINE :

COLUMN : The Column consists of two parts which are adequately ribbed & securely held together to form a rigid unit. The deep throat enables a wide variety of parts to be machined.

DRIVE : The Electric motor drives the clutch pulley and the gears fitted in the column. From there the power is transmitted to the ram by the means of link mechanism. The ram-movement is started by engaging clutch. The link mechanism allows for an accelerated ram-movement in return stroke Ram speed changes are effected by sliding gears controlled by shaft through gear box.

RAM : The ram is well ribbed and is quite strudy. An taper wedge is provided for smooth running. The ram can be tilted 5 degree on demand and swiveled 10 degree in case of 400 mm stroke.

TABLE : The table is circular and is provided with T-slots. It is divided on its circumference into 360 degrees. A tapered whole is provided in the center of the table for reception of the centering mandrel while machining circular slotting work. Direct Indexing is provided for accurately locating the various positions.

FEED : The feed mechanism mounted on the column through side gearbox. The feeds are infinitely within range of 0.2mm to 1.5mm for 150 mm, 250mm & 300 mm. In case of 450mm stroke 0.2mm to 2 mm per cycle. The feeds can be adjusted when machine is at the rest.

Hacksaw Machine - Double Cylinder     

1.SALIENT FEATURES:
1. Automatic, Two Speed.
2. Fast Precision cutting-Accurate True.

2. SAW FRAME:
The saw frame is of rigid construction and runs in prismatic guide ensuring a square and parallel cut. The cutting of the material takes place on the draw stroke and the blade is hydraulically lifted out of contact with the wrok-piece on the forward stroke to prevent wear on the blade.

3. FEED:
The blade is hydraulically operated by two levers on the dash-pot on linking to an automatic lift of saw frame on completion of cutting cycle while other regulating the rate of down feed, the dash-pot being designed to lift the blade on non cutting stroke.

4. BED:
The bed is of large size provided with guide ways for holding the material. The vice is rigid construction with one jaw is fixed, while the other is operated by a screwed shaft and nut.

5. DRIVE:
Power is supplied by a suitable electric motor through V-belts which are full adjustable for tension all drive mechanism being totally enclosed.

6. COOLANT TANK:
Coolant tank is totally enclosed in the machine base and a constant speed pump supplies the coolant the point of contact between the blade and work-piece.

7. SPEED:
Two cutting speed are provided by us, the mechanism allows for the most suitable speed to select for material being cut.

8. ELECTRICAL EQUIPEMNTS:
A direct-on-line push-button, starter incorporates an adjustable trip mechanism and stops the machine as the blade is cleared off the workpiece.
